Something

Well we are looking at doing something next week I talked to Nate and
it looks like they were busy this Friday and Melanie had something on
Saturday. I was thinking we could do a little Sunday dinner and games
or we could get out during the next week or celebrate November on
Saturday. Votes may be expressed between the three options.

Sunday
Weekday
Saturday

Express yourselves and if we end up doing things in seperate chunks,
or if it ends up as just some of us, or just me and Jane then tough
luck for those missing out.

Oh and with the Sunday option Jane and I can host no problem good food
and fun.

  1. This weekend is the 3rd annual Cedar City Livestock Festival, and we'll be trailing our entire herd of sheep down main street during a parade. Kind of a long drive, for y'all to see some sheep, but that's where I'll be. Wheee-ha!

  2. Sunday would be the next Sunday, but Saturday would be the 1st of November. Just to clarify... I do get paid this week maybe I could come down to Cedar and pretend that sheep are a sufficient excuse...

  3. I am busy Saturday...extremely busy. I'll be lucky if I get everything done.
    Sunday might be ok.

  4. I hope there is a girl involved in some of that busyness. :)

  5. I just noticed the difference between 'busyness' and 'business'. (neat)

I like the idea of getting together on Sunday. Very good option, spend much time together, etc.

    Count us in!

  6. I am somewhat surprised that it is a real word and that I spelled it right since I wasn't referring to a dictionary as I often would. So Sunday the 26 or would the second work better for people. I have some home teaching stuff on the 26th after church and our church gets off at 2 so it may cut into afternoon time by an hour or so since I am in a transition this week between two sets of families. Let me know and we can plan dinner and some games or something.

  7. You know what we should do, put a "pole" on the blog. Let everyone vote, we'll go from there.

  8. No racial jokes please. 26th or 2nd? Vote to your hearts content. (use comments I will tally them later).

  9. Oops. (I didn't mean to make any jokes, I was just suggesting we put a box in the right column of the main page to count votes. :)
I appologize if I said something offensive.)

I'm in favor of the 2nd. ...or the 26th if that works better for others. Just put me down for the 2nd unless a simply majority is in favor of the 26th, in which case I'll change my vote in favor of the 26... that is until there is at least a 2/3rds majority, then I'll suggest the 2nd simply to represent the minority without jeopordizing the interest of the majority. I think this will make things much easier on everyone at decision time. (I'm voting 2nd) :)

  10. (Sorry I couldn't help it. If I'm going to be indifferent, I'm going to do with resolute purpose!)

  11. I vote...

Uh.. not going to be there probably. Sorry. I can be a tiebreaker or something though.
